Security courses for crew. Are you the weakest link on board?

Yachting is in the public eye like never before and crew are the public facing element of their vessel and principal.

So much confidential information regarding Owners, itineraries and much else can be easily gained from yacht crew on the gangway or in crew forums – you would be amazed.

We suggest that you and your crew get all the latest on how to keep yourselves and your Owners safe with these two essential start of season courses here at the Genoa Yacht Training Academy at Genoa Superyacht Hub aimed at all crew members, whether they be deck, interior or engine room based.

Personal and security experts Romeo Foxtrot will be joining us to run two different courses ideal for every crew setting.

Our first course will be held from 9am to 5pm on Wednesday 11th May at Waterfront Marina:

SAFE AND SECURE ONLINE
All day course – from 9am to 5pm, with a break for lunch

• CREW ONLINE DEFENCE – Risks – Attach types – Detection – Prevention

Course price 179€ pp, including all materials and certificate. Free parking is available at Waterfront Marina.

The day after, on Thursday 12th May 2022, from 9am to 5pm, always at Waterfront Marina we will proceed with

SAFE AND SECURE ONSHORE
All day course – from 9am to 5pm, with a break for lunch

• CREW TRAVEL – Document security – Transport – Hotel security

• CREW ASHORE – Situational awareness – Adapting to new norms – Technology in Security
